Bro. Johnson has been in the ministry for over 50 years, preaching and reaching the lost of Russell and Surrounding Counties. Bro. Johnson has been the pastor here at Clear Springs for 42 years, and within those years the Lord has truly blessed his ministry and the church. We have seen many lost souls saved by his relentless efforts of witnessing door to door, sharing the plan of salvation. Bro. Johnson adheres to Jude 3 "earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints." as a moto for his ministry. Boldly proclaiming The King James as the inherit Word of God and boldly proclaiming that Jesus Christ is the only way, truth and life - John 14:6 "Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me." We know that the Lord will continue to bless Bro. Johnson as he guides Clear Springs into the future.
